We're so excited you're considering Charley's to host your next event!  We are proud to offer the back room to our community for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Rehearsals, and many more events!

With this accommodation comes, of course, a few requests from Charley's, as we are not a primarily backroom restaurant.

The room holds 50-60 people comfortably.  We have minimum requirements for attendees in order to not incur a charge for having the room private.  We do not have a "room fee" it is based on number of attendees, explained below in our Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

-      If you have reserved the back room, a $100 deposit will be required.  This deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled before 14 days in advance of your reservation start time.  This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the final bill for the organizing party.

-      Minimum attendee requirements (and how to avoid extra charges):

     Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 50 Attendees

     Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 30 Attendees

     A $15 charge per person will be added to the final bill of the organizer if minimum number of attendees are not served.  

-      All parties are subject to a two-hour time limit unless otherwise specifically approved by Management.

-      Hors D'oeuvre Package Parties will be charged according to the number of guests reserved.  These packages are not a available Friday or Saturday after 6:00pm.

-      We strongly request you do not bring in GLITTER or CONFETTI. 

-      We strongly request you please do not place anything on or take anything off our walls. 

-      You are responsible for repair costs for any damage you cause to our building.  If these policies are not adhered to, additional charges for repairs or cleaning may be incurred.

-      If you bring music or video, we ask that you keep it appropriate for a family restaurant setting.  Offensive media will be turned off by management.

-      Your reservation time is the time we are targeting to have your seating arrangement ready.  If you wish to show up early to decorate, it must be approved by management PRIOR to arrival.
