I placed a on line order to Charley's the morning of our Christmas luncheon. It was a very large order. There were some things mis lableled and things that we hadn't gotten. So I got on the phone to the person in charge of on-line orders "Lisa" and with in 15 minutes she had all of the items that we had not gotten and another corrected entre ready and waiting for us. She had even offered to have the items delivered but I had already sent our runner back to the restaurant to correct the order. Usually I'd rate the service as mediocre, but Lisa was pleasent and very professional, and she worked hard to make it right, and earned the 5 stars. Thank you very much for making our Christmas luncheon pleasant and enjoyable.

Great restaurant for good conversation. No loud music to talk over so it's a wonderful spot for a meeting. And the staff is super attentive and kind. The Harvest Chicken Salad is an all time favorite! And the chili is a favorite as well! Definitely recommend!
