Fried Mushrooms Fresh fried mushrooms dipped in eggs, flour and bread crumbs. Deep fried until golden brown. Served with a horseradish cream sauce.

Bacon and Mushroom Quesadilla Grilled flour tortillas filled with bacon, mushrooms, cheddar and Monterey jack cheese. Served with sour cream and salsa .



Madagascar Filets A Four ounce Filet Mignon and a breast of Chicken grilled and topped with a creamy peppercorn sauce. Served with rice and vegetables.

Baked Lasagna with Garlic Bread

Charley’s Delight toasted English muffin with ham, turkey, bacon, 1000 island dressing and Swiss cheese, baked in the oven and served with fries.

Crabby Flounder A six ounce piece of Flounder with crab meat rolled inside and then topped with a white wine sauce. Served with rice and vegetables.

NY Strip Au Poivre the KING of Steaks! Rolled in black pepper and smothered in a Madeira sauce. Served with baked potato and salad.

Angel Chicken A five ounce chicken breast marinated, baked and then served over angel hair pasta. Choice of Alfredo sauce, Marinara sauce or Red Pepper Cream sauce.
